Strength Matters: Indicators of Strength in Tube Settler Systems

Here's What You Will Learn:

Tube Settler Basics

We'll review the sedimentation process before providing an overview into the manufacturing process for Brentwood tube settlers.

Structural Support

Learn more about the unsupported span of Brentwood tube settlers and our typical support system design. We'll also cover our structural testing methods and review other support structure requirements.

Key Product Features

Debunk the misconception that thicker material always yields a stronger, more structurally-capable module. We'll look into design and construction details of Brentwood tube settlers to determine why they are regarded as the strongest on the market.

Tube Settler Type Comparisons

Tube settlers function similarly regardless of manufacturer or type, but there are other considerations to take into account beyond process, fit, and functionality. Learn about the different impacts that thermoformed and extruded tube settlers have on strength and support.
